You will report into our Head of Client Solutions, Anastasia and you will work closely together with Rob, Head of Performance Marketing, on a variety of digital marketing campaigns for both Driftrock and our clients using our cutting edge technology. The role will include, but not limited to:
Setting up and managing ad campaigns in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Snapchat;
Providing feedback to clients on best practice and optimisation strategies;
Managing client queries and solving problems;
Helping with the onboarding of new clients and helping with training sessions;
Troubleshooting errors or bugs in campaigns and reporting to our social partners and our engineers;
Working on content marketing strategies, writing articles or blog posts on what you’ve learnt to reach potential clients;
Providing feedback from clients to the product team to get new features into the roadmap;
Work on the Driftrock social organic presence.
